ENTROPY inside the monumental industrial architecture of Kunstkraftwerk Leipzig - before bringing the performance live to Shanghai this summer.

ENTROPY is an upcoming immersive audiovisual performance exploring the tension between order and disorder: how complex systems emerge, evolve, destabilize, collapse, and reorganize into unexpected new forms.

The visuals are generated in real time through custom-coded systems - constantly shifting between structure and chaos, precision and unpredictability. Nothing is entirely fixed. Each moment develops through the interaction of algorithms, movement, light, spatial projection, and sound.

Working at the scale of Kunstkraftwerk transformed the piece in ways that are impossible to understand on a computer screen. Once projected across monumental architectural surfaces, the visuals stopped behaving like images and began to feel more like an environment - something physical, spatial, and alive.

The atmospheric soundscape by Chinese ambient music artist DNS becomes an essential force within this evolving system: shaping its rhythm, density, tension, and emotional trajectory. Together, sound and generative visuals form a continuously transforming audiovisual ecosystem - one that surrounds the audience rather than simply unfolding in front of them.

This test in Leipzig is an important step toward the live premiere of ENTROPY in Shanghai later this summer.
